FLSA: OT after 40 Hours in a Work Week
8 hours: overtime after 8 hours in a day & 40 hours in a week
10 hours: overtime after 10 hours in a day
California OT: overtime after 8 hours in a day; double time after 12 hours in a day. Also, on the 7th consecutive day worked all hours are overtime with double time after 8 hours on the 7th day. Weekly overtime set at 40 hours.
Nevada OT: overtime after 8 hours in a day
Nevada OT (24): overtime after 8 hours worked in a 24 hour period

Multiple Pay Rate OT
Do your employees have more than one rate of pay?
If yes, check one:
Use system default (most common). Pay OT strictly based on the rate in effect when OT is reached.
Add all hours together and calculate a blended rate. Then calculate OT based on that rate.
Shuffle OT so it's evenly spread across all punches in a calendar week.
Rounding Rule (Processing Rule)
None: No rounding (most common)
N10: Round to the nearest ten minutes
N15: Round to the nearest 15 minutes
N5: Round to the nearest 5 minutes
N6: Round to the nearest 6 minutes (tenth of an hour)
Round punches based on the employee schedule. (Note: available only if the Scheduling feature is activated.)
Minute Rounding (Processing Rule)
Show time card totals in hours and minutes (e.g., 2:30 hours) rather than the default decimal hours (2.5 hours)? (NOTE: this feature may alter how times are rounded if rounding is in place)
