Matt Vaadi is an HR entrepreneur, public speaker, non-profit enthusiast, and student of great organizational culture. He is the CEO of guHRoo (formerly ERG) Payroll & HR, an HR support and technology firm in Columbia, SC that helps hundreds of companies create a great culture.
